What cookies do

Cookies are small values stored by your browser and sent back to the website. NexaTickets uses essential cookies for sessions and request security. The platform currently has no built-in advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers.

Essential cookies

Essential cookies used by NexaTickets
CookiePurposeDuration
Session cookieConnects your browser to its session, including sign-in, form messages and booking requests.120 minutes of inactivity under the current configuration; refreshed when used.
XSRF-TOKENHelps protect forms and requests against cross-site request forgery.Linked to the configured session lifetime.
Remember sign-inKeeps your account signed in when you choose the remember option.A persistent cookie that can remain beyond your session; clear it by signing out or deleting site cookies.

Offline gate scanning

When authorized staff enable offline scanning, the browser stores a downloaded ticket roster and pending scan results on that device. The roster can include attendee names, contact numbers, order references and ticket verification details. A roster is valid for offline use for up to 12 hours; expiry does not guarantee that the stored file has been removed from the device.

Staff should use trusted devices, synchronize pending scans before clearing the cache and use the scanner's clear-cache control after the event. Signing out clears the gate scanner's saved local data, so synchronize first to avoid losing pending scans. The scanner may also cache application resources to support offline access.

Event visits and external services

We record event visit counts and referral sources on the server without a separate analytics tracking cookie. Essential session cookies may still be present during a visit. Links to WhatsApp and other services open those providers, whose own cookie and privacy policies apply.

Your browser controls

You can view, delete or block cookies and site storage in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in, booking or secure form submission. Deleting site storage can also remove unsynchronized offline scans.

No optional advertising or analytics cookie choices are currently offered because those trackers are not built into this platform. If optional tracking is introduced, this notice and any required consent controls must be updated before it is enabled.
