Using the platform
NexaTickets by Nexakodehub supplies booking, payment coordination, ticket delivery and entry tools. Event organizers provide the event and are responsible for its accuracy, delivery, venue arrangements and applicable entry conditions. Read the event description before booking.
Bookings and payments
Provide accurate names and contact details. A pending order is not a paid ticket; paid tickets are issued after payment confirmation. Prices and ticket quantities are shown during booking. Do not share your M-Pesa PIN with us or an organizer.
Keep your ticket links and QR codes private. A validated admission cannot be reused. Coupon eligibility, ticket sales windows and admission limits apply as shown for the event. School-parent bookings must use genuine verification details.
Organizer responsibilities
Organizers must have authority to run their events, publish accurate information, protect attendee records and limit team access appropriately. Payment setup must belong to an authorized account. The configured commission and collection terms apply to ticket sales; see pricing for payment options.
Platform-collected earnings are subject to payment verification, commission deductions, payout review and any disclosed transfer charge. Direct collection goes to the organizer’s connected M-Pesa account.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Event changes and refunds are reviewed with the relevant organizer. Cancelling an order or invalidating a QR ticket does not itself transfer a refund. Read the refund policy and contact support with your order reference.
Acceptable use and privacy
Do not create fraudulent events, misuse verification data, resell another person's QR code without authorization or attempt to bypass payment and access controls. Access may be restricted while misuse is investigated. Personal information is handled as described in our privacy notice.
